Personal Training
Getting stronger, loosing weight, improving your fitness, educating your body to move better, lower your risk of injury as you get older - if you have a specific fitness goal in mind and are looking for more flexibility with times and/or locations of your sessions, this option might be just for you.
As an Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach, as a first session of your Personal Training I offer movement and mobility assessment/screen with 26 various tests carried out - this is a key first step which allows you to learn more about your body, and me - to build a truly personalised movement and training programme for you. Most of us have some type of posture or movement deviations and if those are not addressed your training will most likely emphasise these imbalances further. However, ultimately it is up to you to decide if you'd like to have the assessment or not.
Other services included when you commit^ are: a personalised training plan, support between the sessions (regular whats up catch ups), monthly reviews of progress and measurements.

If your goal is weight loss, weight gain or body recomposition I also offer customised Nutrition Coaching (Online or In Person) that will help you build valuable and life long nutritional and well-being habits.
