Location

Fitness on the Green, Boxercise and Mum & Pram group classes are set on the beautiful local Green between the Woodford Fire Station and the High Road or in my gym. There are plenty of parking spaces around if you are coming by car and also lovely local coffee shops if you fancy a minute of calm after the class.

Personal Training sessions take place at my gym or in comfort of your own home (subject to the travelling distance)
