Nutrition Coaching is a personalised and holistic approach aimed at helping you improve your nutritional and lifestyle habits for good; it works particlarly well for those clients who are commited to the process are are ready to repair their relationships with food and look for guidance and accountability.
Here is what included in my Nutrition Coaching package (£99 p/m):

- one 60-minute call/intial meeting (onboarding where we will discuss your lifestyle, health & fitness, food habits, food diary, etc)
- weekly 30-minute calls (goal setting & accountability, review and discussion of the previous week's challenges & successes, measurements)
- regular online support (whats up & email communications)

My Story
As a working parent of three I understand first hand how hard it is to look after yourself and your nutrition on top of everything else you do and are responsible for in your life. You are constantly tired, sleep deprived, and regualrly find yourself finishing your child(ren)'s leftover foods. Lack of sleep, stress, kids getting sick (and passing their germs on!!), and the work timelines mean that you also often find yourself snacking, even when you are not really hungrly. Food becomes comfort and suddenly one day you find yourself unable to fit into your usual clothers.

Being a PT for almost five years now, I was being more concious with my food & drink than before but still not as consistent as I wished so I looked for a way to help my clients and myself find a long term solution and finally be in control of the nutrition. Last year I decided to become a Nutrition Coach in order to deepen my nutrition knowledge, to learn how to best assist my clients and their unique requirements and to sort out my own relationship with food. I am now looking forward to help others to find a balanced relationship with foods for themselves and their families.
