My name is Sofia and I am a mum of three and a Personal Trainer.

After having my kids I had constant back ache, lacked energy and felt powerless most of the time, which made it hard for me to spend quality time with my kids....until I discovered CORE and strength training and picked up my dumbbells again!

I can offer a variety of training options to help you achieve your fitness goals in a way that suits you and your lifestyle best.

 

I specialise in women fitness and all my group classes/Personal Training are for women only (male PT is on a referral basis only).

Women-only class on your local Green or in my GYM in Woodford.

 

Fitness on the Green/STRENGTH - held on weekdays, the classes are from 9-9.55am and are a mix of cardio and strength training. All abilities are welcome.

Boxercise - held on Saturday mornings 7.30-8.25am - this high energy class is a great way to kick start your weekend!

Wether you are desk bound 5x week, or a parent caring for a young child, or an athlete training for marathon when you do the same activity long enough your body starts to gradually adjust to make that activity easier (because our bodies are smart and they like to help us preserve energy!)

 

Initially, these compensation do not have any signs but as time passes they tend to increase the wear & tear of our body and lead to an elevated risk of injuries.

 

Biomechanics assessment allows you to get a deeper undertsnding of your body current compensations & imbalances, and learn how to improve your movement and reduce a risk of injury going forward.

Nutrition Coaching is a personalised and holistic approach aimed at  helping you improve your nutritional and lifestyle habits for good; 

 

It works particlarly well for those clients who are commited to the process are are ready to repair their relationships with food and look for guidance and accountability.
