My name is Sofia and I am a mum of three and a Personal Trainer.

After having my kids I had constant back ache, lacked energy and felt powerless most of the time, which made it hard for me to spend quality time with my kids....until I discovered CORE and strength training and picked up my dumbbells again!

I can offer a variety of training options to help you achieve your fitness goals in a way that suits you and your lifestyle best.
I specialise in women fitness and all my group classes/Personal Training are for women only (male PT is on a referral basis only).
My classes
Women-only class on your local Green or in my GYM in Woodford.
Fitness on the Green/STRENGTH - held on weekdays, the classes are from 9-9.55am and are a mix of cardio and strength training. All abilities are welcome.

Boxercise - held on Saturday mornings 7.30-8.25am - this high energy class is a great way to kick start your weekend!

Combining correct breathing, cardio and strength exercises, Mum & Pram classes will help you get stronger and happier!

The classes take place in my private in Woodford and in the vicinity on Mondays and Wednesdays 10-11am.
